  They provided us with a variety of options for our split system. They arrived on time, both for the onsite inspection and the installation. They explained everything and were very professional. They tidied up really well and the sparky even fixed a couple of tiles on the roof.Highly recommend.

  Had a Daikin ducted air con system installed on the 12/08/19, the team were on time, very professional and polite. They knew what they were talking about and had a very high attention to detail. They cleaned up after the install and even patched our wall after removing the existing split system. James who provided the quote was very professional also and Casey made the booking a straightforward experience. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone who wants an air con install.

  Huge thank you to the team! Can’t speak highly enough of them. This is the second time we have used their services: first at our home and second at my parents. Literally the nicest and most genuine tradespeople we have met. And importantly, always consistent with their service and quality of works.
  
  Rachel and Casey are always lovely. Craig was super courteous, professional and polite when he came to our home to quote. He provided many options. My parents decided to go ahead with the quote but then later changed their minds regarding one of the locations. Rachel organised a revisit with Craig to determine a solution with a can-do positive attitude like it was no hassle (at this point anyone could have seen it was a hassle as we had already agreed to progressing with the quote and had an install date booked). Really appreciated their approach to finding a solution for us promptly. Josh who installed it went the extra mile when he saw mum was trying to cut a large cardboard box to fit into recycling bin (not related to the install) and he offered to take it with him!
  
  At both home installations, I think they left the rooms cleaner than when they started.
  
  Great value- the first time for our home we received multiple quotes from different companies and you were very competitive with your pricing. The second time for my parents I didn’t bother getting a quote from anyone else.
  
  It’s not often that my parents are treated kindly by tradespeople as English isn’t their first language. For that you guys have my gratitude and trust. Thank you.

  Just had 2 split systems installed and can't speak highly enough about Fully Airconditioned. From booking the quote and installation with Casey, to the quote by James to the install by Amal and Sam it was seamless. The recommended units are so efficient and economical. Thank you all.
