The staff member who served me clearly had no knowledge of the product I was considering and therefore did not inform me that it was not suitable for someone of my age nor was it compatible with my current medication. When I discovered the product was not suitable I asked for a refund but was told that would not be possible so I was obliged to phone the company who supplied the product for assistance. The company was appalled at the way I had been treated and was kind enough to contact the pharmacy to ensure that I did get my refund.
